Anchor is a web app at anchoryourself.org. This page explains how to delete your Anchor account and everything stored with it.
Delete it yourself, straight away
Open Anchor → Settings → Account → “Delete account”. Type DELETE to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Can’t sign in any more?
Email koop.anchor@outlook.com from the address you registered with, and we will delete the account within 30 days.

- •All craving logs, including notes, intensity and outcomes
- •Daily check-ins and surf sessions
- •Your profile — nickname, goals and preferences
- •Feedback you sent and experiments you created
- •Push notification registrations
- •Usage events recorded for product statistics
- •Your login itself — email and password
Retention
Nothing is kept in the live database once deletion completes. Routine backups are overwritten in their normal cycle.
